Who We Are

Built by aviation
professionals. Run for clients.

Seletar Private Aviation was founded by a team of experienced aviation professionals with comprehensive expertise in flight operations, aircraft transactions, and client management. Our name — drawn from Seletar Airport, one of Southeast Asia’s oldest and most storied private aviation facilities — reflects the dual heritage at the heart of our business: a global reach anchored from Vancouver, with deep operational knowledge across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.

We began as specialists in aircraft sales and acquisitions, building a reputation for transparent guidance, conflict-free advice, and seamless execution on transactions ranging from single-engine turboprops to ultra-long-range widebodies. That foundation of rigorous operational knowledge and client trust became the platform on which we built our charter practice.

Today, Seletar manages private jet charter, fractional reserve programmes, and aircraft transactions for a client base that includes family offices, corporate travel managers, high-net-worth individuals, and institutions across Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and beyond. Every client has a point of contact. Every flight is managed end to end.

We are not a marketplace or a booking platform. We are an aviation management company — one that holds its operators to ARGUS Platinum and Wyvern Wingman standards, provides all-inclusive fixed pricing, and treats discretion as a foundational commitment rather than a policy.

How We Operate

The principles behind
every flight we manage.

Safety is non-negotiable
Every operator we recommend holds ARGUS Platinum or Wyvern Wingman certification. We independently verify safety records before presenting any aircraft. Our clients never fly on an operator we have not personally vetted.
Discretion as a foundation
Flight details, passenger manifests, and routing are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference client information — ever. NDA arrangements are available for private client programmes.
All-inclusive, fixed pricing
We quote all-inclusive: crew, fuel, landing fees, FBO handling, and catering. There are no surprise additions at invoicing. What you see is what you pay — confirmed in writing before any commitment is made.
One point of contact
You are not managed by a call centre. You have one aviation specialist who handles your charter, knows your preferences, and remains reachable throughout every trip. Your standing brief is retained and applied without re-briefing.
Response guaranteed in 60 minutes
When you submit a request, our operations team begins sourcing immediately. Aircraft options, pricing, and availability are presented within 60 minutes — any hour of the day or night, any day of the year.
Global reach, local knowledge
Handling relationships at major FBOs across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East mean we know the airport before the flight departs. We advise on secondary airports, FBO flow, and arrival logistics for every destination.
Safety Standards

Every operator.
Independently vetted.

Private aviation safety is not uniform. The difference between a fully audited operator and an unaudited one is invisible to most clients — but it matters enormously. Seletar maintains an uncompromising standard: every aircraft we recommend operates under an ARGUS Platinum or Wyvern Wingman certified carrier.

These programmes require comprehensive audits of maintenance records, crew training, operating procedures, insurance, and management systems. Our clients never ask us what standard we hold — because we have already answered it.

ARGUS
Platinum Certified
ARGUS’s highest rating. Requires on-site base audits, crew verification, and certificate-of-insurance review.
Wyvern
Wingman Certified
Independent audit covering operational procedures, aircraft maintenance, and crew qualification tracking.
IS-BAO
Registered Operators
International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations — the globally recognised SMS framework for business aviation.
FAA / EASA
Regulatory Compliance
All operators carry appropriate certificates under the relevant national aviation authority for their region of operation.
Our Vetting Process
Safety audit verification
We confirm current ARGUS Platinum or Wyvern Wingman status before recommending any operator. Expired or downgraded certifications are disqualifying.
Certificate & insurance review
Air operator certificates, liability insurance, and hull coverage reviewed for adequacy before each new operator is approved for client use.
Crew qualification tracking
Type ratings, recency, and crew rest compliance verified against regulatory requirements for the specific aircraft and route proposed.
Maintenance records review
Aircraft maintenance status checked at time of sourcing, with particular attention to scheduled inspections and any known snags relevant to the proposed routing.
Incident & claim history
Accident, incident, and enforcement history reviewed through public and third-party safety databases. Operators with active concerns are excluded from our network.
