What We Manage

Every detail of your arrival,
before you board.

Asia private aviation operates across one of the world’s most diverse and operationally demanding airspace environments. Singapore serves as a natural hub for Southeast Asia routing, with streamlined FBO infrastructure at Seletar and CBAC. Hong Kong and Tokyo function as the region’s premier East Asian gateways, each with specific slot frameworks and handling requirements. Bali, the Maldives, Phuket, and Langkawi attract intense seasonal demand that tightens aircraft availability and drives significant pricing movement.

We curate aircraft from a managed fleet of 32 aircraft and manage the full operational sequence: overflight permits across multiple jurisdictions, FBO coordination, customs and immigration alignment, catering, and ground transport. Multi-leg Southeast Asia itineraries — combining Singapore, Bali, Phuket, and beyond — are a core part of our service, arranged as a single end-to-end programme.

Understanding Asia Charter Pricing

What shapes the cost
of your Asia route.

01
Aircraft category & range
Southeast Asian short sectors — Singapore–Bali, Bangkok–Phuket — suit light jets very efficiently. Intra-East Asian routing and trans-Pacific connections require midsize to ultra-long-range aircraft. The right category balances range, cabin comfort, and cost for the sector duration.
02
Positioning & empty legs
Asia’s private aircraft fleet is concentrated in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. Positioning costs to resort destinations — Bali, Phuket, Maldives, Lombok — can be significant, though empty leg opportunities on popular corridors often provide savings of 40–60%.
03
Overflight & landing permits
China, India, and several Southeast Asian nations require advance overflight and landing permits that add lead time and cost. We manage all permit applications as a standard part of every booking — typically requiring 24 to 72 hours depending on jurisdiction.
04
Peak season & events
Bali high season (July–August and December), Maldives high season (November–April), Phuket peak (December–April), Hong Kong Art Basel (March), and Singapore Grand Prix (September) all tighten aircraft availability significantly and drive pricing increases.
05
FBO & airport handling fees
Seletar Airport, CBAC Singapore, HKBAC Hong Kong, and Haneda Business Aviation each carry facility-specific handling charges. Resort island airports such as Ngurah Rai Bali and Velana Malé may apply peak season surcharges. All fees are included in our all-in quotes.
06
Departure flexibility
A 2–4 hour departure window significantly expands aircraft choice across Asia, where fleet density outside of Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo is lower than in Europe. Flexibility on routing — alternate origin or destination airports — can unlock meaningfully better pricing.

Airport Intelligence

Why the airport choice
matters across Asia.

Asia’s private aviation infrastructure spans world-class FBO facilities in Singapore and Hong Kong through to island airstrips that demand precise aircraft performance assessment. Seletar Airport in Singapore, HKBAC in Hong Kong, and Haneda’s business aviation facilities represent the region’s benchmark for private terminal handling. Beyond these hubs, the picture varies considerably.

Resort airport planning is essential in Asia. Bali’s Ngurah Rai manages a high volume of private movements with seasonal congestion. Koh Samui is weight-restricted and limits aircraft type. Maldives arrivals require careful coordination between the jet arrival at Velana and onward seaplane or speedboat transfer to individual resorts. We confirm all operational parameters as part of every booking.

Seletar Airport, Singapore
Singapore’s dedicated general aviation airport with purpose-built FBO facilities, streamlined customs, and efficient ground handling. Our default Singapore gateway for light and midsize jet operations. CBAC at Changi handles heavier aircraft and intercontinental arrivals.
HKBAC — Hong Kong
Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre is the city’s sole private aviation terminal, co-located at HKIA. Full FBO services, expedited immigration, and direct access to central Hong Kong via express rail. Slot coordination is mandatory during Art Basel, Sevens, and major racing events.
Haneda Business Aviation — Tokyo
Tokyo’s preferred private aviation gateway with dedicated business jet handling facilities. Haneda offers significantly better access to the city than Narita. Japan requires advance landing permits and specific crew documentation — we manage all clearances as standard.
Bali — Ngurah Rai
Indonesia’s most popular private aviation destination. Seasonal peak (July–August and December) brings significant congestion and slot pressure. FBO handling through several ground handlers. Aircraft parking can be limited — advanced coordination is essential during high season.
Maldives — Velana International
All private jets arrive at Velana (Malé). Resort transfers then proceed by seaplane or speedboat. Coordination between jet arrival and seaplane departure timing is critical — seaplanes operate in daylight hours only. We manage this transfer logistics as part of every Maldives booking.
China routing — permit requirements
China requires specific overflight and landing permits with a minimum 48-hour lead time, often 72 hours for new operators. Flight plans must follow published CAAC airways. We have established permit handling for mainland China routing — early booking is strongly recommended.
Available Empty Legs

Asia empty leg flights —
reduced-rate positioning sectors.

Empty leg flights arise when a charter aircraft must reposition after a confirmed booking. These sectors are offered at significantly reduced rates — typically 40 to 65% below standard charter pricing. Routes and availability change frequently. Contact us to confirm current availability and to check if the sector aligns with your travel requirements.

Ask a question
Asian charter costs range from approximately $3,800–$9,500 for short sectors like Bangkok–Phuket or Singapore–Kuala Lumpur on a light jet, to $14,000–$25,000 for routes such as Singapore–Hong Kong or Hong Kong–Beijing on a midsize jet. Long-range sectors like Singapore–Tokyo or Hong Kong–Sydney run $40,000 and above. All prices quoted are all-in, including FBO fees, handling, and taxes.
Seletar Airport (XSP) is Singapore’s dedicated general aviation hub — our preferred gateway for light and midsize jet operations. It offers purpose-built FBO facilities, streamlined customs processing, and efficient ground handling with no commercial traffic congestion. The Changi Business Aviation Centre (CBAC) at Changi Airport (SIN) is the preferred alternative for larger aircraft and intercontinental arrivals.
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for peak Bali season (July–August and December) and Maldives high season (November–April). Aircraft availability at resort destinations tightens significantly during these periods and positioning costs can increase. Earlier booking preserves aircraft choice and locks in better pricing. For the Maldives, we also coordinate the seaplane transfer leg which requires daylight arrival planning.
Yes. Mainland China requires both landing permits and overflight permits from the CAAC, with a minimum 48-hour lead time — typically 72 hours for operators without established Chinese clearances. Flight plans must follow published CAAC airways. We have active permit handling for mainland China and manage all clearances as a standard part of every China routing. Early booking is strongly recommended for any China itinerary.
All private aviation in Hong Kong is handled through the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC) at HKIA. HKBAC provides a dedicated private terminal with full FBO services, immigration, and customs. It is the sole facility for private jet handling in Hong Kong. Slot coordination is essential during Art Basel Hong Kong (March) and the Hong Kong Sevens rugby tournament (April).
Yes, with aircraft-specific limitations. Koh Samui (USM) has runway weight restrictions and is generally limited to light jet types — heavier midsize jets may not be permitted. Lombok (LOP) has undergone runway improvements and can now handle a wider range of aircraft, though we confirm performance data for every booking. We verify aircraft-runway compatibility for every resort destination as a standard part of the charter process.
Yes. Multi-leg Southeast Asian programmes — Singapore, Bali, and Phuket in a single trip, for example — are a core part of our service. We coordinate FBO handling, overflight permits across multiple jurisdictions, crew duty planning, and fuel logistics across every stop, keeping the itinerary dependable and the experience seamless from first sector to last.
