What We Manage

Every arrival in the Middle East,
operationally precise.

The Middle East is one of the world’s most active private aviation markets — and one of its most operationally specific. Dubai, Doha, and Riyadh each carry distinct permit requirements, preferred FBO facilities, and handling environments. Saudi Arabia requires advance landing permissions that can affect scheduling. Bahrain and Kuwait maintain their own airspace coordination requirements for private operations.

We curate aircraft from a managed fleet of 32 aircraft and manage the full sequence: advance permits, FBO handling, customs alignment, catering, and ground transport across the Middle East, the Levant, and North Africa. Whether an intra-regional sector between Dubai and Doha or a long-range connection from Riyadh to London, every detail is coordinated before you board.

Understanding Middle East Charter Pricing

What shapes the cost
of your Middle East route.

01
Aircraft category & range
Short intra-regional sectors suit light jets very well and at competitive cost. Longer sectors to Beirut, Cairo, or intercontinental routes to Europe and Asia require midsize, heavy, or ultra-long-range aircraft. We advise on the most cost-effective category for every routing.
02
Positioning & empty legs
The Middle East’s dense private aviation activity means nearby positioning aircraft are frequently available, particularly on Dubai–Doha and Dubai–Riyadh corridors. We actively identify positioning opportunities to reduce one-way charter costs where timing allows.
03
Saudi Arabia permits
Saudi Arabia requires advance landing and overflight permits for private aviation. Permit lead times typically run 48–72 hours. We coordinate all Saudi permit logistics as standard — but early booking is strongly advised for Saudi-routing sectors.
04
Airport & FBO fees
Dubai World Central (DWC), Doha Business Aviation, and Al Bateen Executive in Abu Dhabi all carry premium FBO handling fees. These are always included in our all-in quotes. Choosing the right terminal for your aircraft type and routing can also affect cost.
05
Seasonality & events
Middle East Formula 1 races (Bahrain in March, Abu Dhabi in November), Dubai Airshow (November), Ramadan travel patterns, and New Year’s Eve in Dubai all tighten aircraft availability and drive pricing increases. Early booking during these periods is strongly recommended.
06
Departure flexibility
A 1–3 hour departure window expands the available aircraft pool considerably across the Middle East. Saudi Arabia route permits require confirmed departure windows — which makes early planning especially important on Riyadh and Jeddah routings.
Airport Intelligence

Why FBO choice in the Middle East
defines the arrival experience.

The Middle East’s private aviation infrastructure has expanded dramatically over the past decade. Dubai World Central, Doha’s dedicated Business Aviation Centre, and Abu Dhabi’s Al Bateen Executive represent some of the world’s finest private terminal facilities — efficient, discreet, and purpose-built for private jet operations. The experience at these facilities is a material part of the journey.

Saudi Arabia requires advance planning above all other Middle East markets. Landing permits, overflight clearances, and ground handling coordination for Riyadh and Jeddah must be initiated well before departure. We manage all Saudi permit logistics as a standard part of every booking — but early confirmation of dates significantly reduces operational risk.

Dubai World Central (DWC)
Al Maktoum International is our preferred Dubai gateway — dedicated business aviation facilities, significantly less congested than Dubai International, and excellent ground transport links across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Al Bateen Executive, Abu Dhabi
Purpose-built executive terminal in Abu Dhabi — one of the Middle East’s finest private aviation facilities. Efficient processing, premium FBO handling, and close proximity to Abu Dhabi city and key business districts.
Doha Business Aviation Centre
Qatar’s dedicated private aviation hub. Premium handling from multiple FBO providers, efficient customs processing, and close road links to central Doha. High demand periods around major events require advance planning.
Saudi Arabia — permit planning
Riyadh (KKIA) and Jeddah (KAIA) both require advance Saudi GACA permits for private aviation. We initiate permit applications as standard. Typical lead time is 48–72 hours — sometimes faster, but we never assume speed. Early booking is the key risk mitigation.
Middle East F1 & major events
Bahrain Grand Prix (March), Abu Dhabi Grand Prix (November), Dubai Airshow (November), and New Year’s Eve in Dubai are peak demand periods. Aircraft availability and FBO capacity tighten sharply. We recommend booking 3–5 weeks ahead for these periods.
Beirut, Cairo & Levant routing
Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan require specific handling coordination and, in some cases, overflight permits. We manage all regional clearances and advise on optimal routing, particularly for sectors crossing complex airspace across the Eastern Mediterranean.

Ask a question
Middle East charter costs range from approximately $8,000–$14,000 for short regional sectors like Dubai–Doha, up to $18,000–$30,000 for longer routes like Dubai–Cairo on a midsize aircraft. Intercontinental connections from Dubai to London or Singapore run $75,000 and above. All prices are all-in.
Dubai World Central (DWC / Al Maktoum International) is our preferred Dubai gateway for private aviation — purpose-built terminals, less congestion, and faster processing than Dubai International. For certain aircraft types or routings, the Dubai Business Aviation Association (DBAA) facility at Dubai International is also used.
Yes, for most international Middle East routes. Saudi Arabia is the most permit-intensive market — Riyadh and Jeddah require advance GACA approval with typical lead times of 48–72 hours. Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar have their own coordination requirements. We manage all permit logistics as standard.
Yes, intra-regional sectors between Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Muscat can often be arranged quickly when aircraft are in the region. Saudi Arabia is the exception — permit requirements mean earlier planning is always recommended. We present options within 60 minutes.
Al Bateen Executive Airport (AZI) is the premier private aviation gateway for Abu Dhabi — dedicated entirely to business and private jets, with excellent FBO facilities and fast processing. It is closer to central Abu Dhabi than the main international airport and preferred for most private operations.
We recommend booking 3–5 weeks ahead for Bahrain Grand Prix (March), Abu Dhabi Grand Prix (November), Dubai Airshow (November), and New Year’s Eve in Dubai. Aircraft and FBO capacity in the Middle East tightens significantly during these events, and Saudi permit lead times remain fixed regardless of the season.
Yes. Long-range Middle East–Europe and Middle East–Asia sectors are among our most common bookings. Dubai to London, Riyadh to Geneva, and Doha to Singapore are all regularly arranged. Ultra-long-range aircraft like the Gulfstream G650, G700, and Falcon 8X are used for these sectors. We price and coordinate the full routing.
Yes. Multi-leg Middle East itineraries — for example Dubai, Riyadh, and Beirut in a single trip — require permit sequencing across multiple countries, crew duty planning, and FBO coordination at each stop. We manage the full operational sequence and deliver a dependable itinerary before you confirm.
